C1-01 just vibrate & blink then nothing

when press power button it vibrate and blinks then nothing I have flashed with all versions phone doesn't enter to local mode/test mode,
help me if anybody knows how to solve this problem

already I did it reball flash chip & cpu after that flashed with 6.07 problem same phone doesn't enter to local mode when try to power on it just vibrate & blinks
