the sound track direct comes from retu.
1.check the ringer.
2.check the track from ringer to retu.
3. reball or replace retu.

This is a software-related problem. I would suggest you to go for a full flash! Should your phone not work, try replacing speakers!

Maybe The Software Related Problem .then No Need To Flash Just Ui Setting Is Enough For This Type Of Problem.
