nokia n72 keypad problem - GSM-Forum

i,ve nokia n72.. it got keypad problem.. i change keypad ic 2 times.. also make jumpers on it but sum times it works and after 2 mints all keypad dead... what i do???? any budy ve any idea plz

..no keypad problem..your phone freez...possible OMAP problem..but frist try full flash + format then clean very good PCB..with ultrasonic cleaner if possible...

but boss... if it freeez then keypad dont malfunction.. it doesnot auto run.... it runs sumtimes itself

hello brother when keypad stop works then check is phone is still able to receive call if yes then it means phone problem is in keypad section otherwise phone gets hang then try with flash ,,,'

yes i remove camera switch but problem still same.. i also formet d phone..... any solid soution

My N72 all the keypad are not working. I changed keypad ic, changed small ic near key connector, changed keyboard, format, removed camera and memory key but no success. The board is fresh and i can on/off the phone. Also i checked voltage in keyboard, it showed 1.7v but why is it not working?
