post in details , what was d condition of ur set when u receive? is it water damage?

Check ON/OFF button if not damaged.

1st check charging with charger in power off mode....if mobile charging show fine then 100% problem in ur power switch ...and if mobile don't show charging then flash 1st....
if done then good otherwise call us again...
