NOKIA N95 charging only 1 volt output - GSM-Forum

hi ,

i have a nokia n95 . when i put it for charge its says charging but never charges . when i check the voltage in battery connectors it shows 1 volt in the multimeter . can anyone elp me with this . would be a great help . and i use original battery and the charger .
