Nokia N95 keeps hanging and restarting till battery is removed

When using phone there's no problem but phone hangs and restarts and keep restarting(doesn't boot up completely and restarts again) in many cases like :

using camera
internet browsing
applications installing(SIS C++ written apps)
launching some applications
watching movie
opening gallery !
operating so fast !!! (moving in menu and etc...)
and many others things
by the way, Wifi and GPS work fine ! and some java apps can be installed and worked like ExtGPS

I've flashed it with cable and flashbox both to latest firmware version(RM-159-> V21.0.016)
I've formatted the phone with 3 *** damn keys !!!
I've removed SIM card and MicroSD card to check'em out
I've experienced those results in battery connected and charger connected both
I opened the case and searched for some physical problem and some piece of metal between IC legs or other stuffs on the board and tried to brush the board to make it clean if any shortage is happened.
Phone is not dropped or wet before and there's no battery problem
I disconnected the 5MP camera cause I was suspected about it

"ALL OF THE PROBLEMS GONE AFTER I PUT THE PHONE INSIDE A FREEZER FOR 5 MINUTES AND IT GETS VERY COLD AS ICE AND IT KEEPS WORKING ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TILL IT GETS WARM AGAIN IN ROOM TEMPERATURE!!!!!!!!"

1)Can any one tell me what's exactly the problem about my N95 and how can I solve it and which part should be repaired or replaced ?

2)Use the cooling trick about your hanging phone and share your results here please

I'm stuck in here with N95

There must be a problem with one ic that gets hot (if is the processor I don't thik that you have any chance to change it)...try to clean the PCB with a ultrasonic cleaner maybe the phone was wather damaged

Thanks I'm gonna do it but there's something, I checked the board tonight when it was in my hands and battery was connected:
non of ICs was warm and sensed no heat on board

I'm really confused


P.S

tonight I got GPS and RadioFM modules shield cover (that metal paper with holes) ain't there !!!
should I be suspected about it ?

HELLO Every1 i solve my n95 auto restart hanging problem.nokia n95-rm159 auto restart big problem's simple solution.Problem occurrence is highly temperture dependent and can be analysed by altering temperature.problem can be fixed by soldring 2 caps(3.2pf) on PWB.After donig that i surprise my n95 100%%%% working OK .how just see this link

Yeah....i've been try this too and the problem solved. but after 15 minutes the problems back again! Suck with this N95....

Where i can find this 2 capasitor (3.2pf) ??
