nokia x2-00 (phone has reached a critical temperature) - GSM-Forum

when i power on nokia x2-00 show phone has reached a critical temperature and... then white screen and shut down. why like this

i flash latest ver Nokia X2 RM-618_08.25

have check battary connector its ok
and
heat cpu but same

how can i get rid of this problem.
