nokia x2-00 strange problem


i have nokia x2-00 which was not power with on off button i chack on off track its showing ok. but when i conect this set to charging its shownin charging ok and after removing charger set is automatic power on and automatic power off contnusly until i remove battery of set. for this i chack on off track chnage keypad ic also and full clen the pcb with acton please give any solution for it.

First measure resistance between points of power button, if it is <1kohm problem is N2201.Solution is change of IC or first try connect for 1sec. 1.8volts on points of power button /- on gnd, + on active point of power button/ .Phone must be without battery!

Better is connect 1.8volts on R2309.

doing this my set work ok only half hour after that its come in same condition what shoud i do


and whare is n 2201 give me image
