If you make a flash did not solve the problem
the problem is here ic flash or upp
Just review them by heating

I dont see any problem in flashing and the problem might be in hard ware did u try to replace the hardware and check.. or check through schematics and every thing is okie there as well then reflow IC. or replace it.

If npc data damge u will find such result 1st take all backup and erase npc after erase power on set will power on but imei will be 1234.........
