NOKIA6030 kypad problem.i change many ic.only send and call off button not work.please help me in urgent.

Check the continuity between the SEND key and the END key to the LEFT or RIGHT keys, maybe a discontinued route, because this keys are on the same route.
If the route is ok, then remove the keypad IC and check with your multimeter both routes from the SEND and END keys.
If this two routes are ok, than try to rehot the RAP.
