when pressing keypad 3/4 times then the mobile is being freezed then wsithed off.( the name was not showing but after servicing the ic name is showing now but the hang problem prevails.

hi , i think proparly faulty on flash ic , try to reheat it ...

Dear,

check with jaf if u ha got. Not resolder the batt connecter.
If the prob presist reball flash ic.

1st . reflash
2nd . rehot the flash ic and uem
3th . replace the mjolner

first reheat flash ic . then reheat cpu. then reball flash ic. then reball cpu.

Heat the Flash chip if same then UPP.....
