Please Post All Info About 6600 White Screen - GSM-Forum

hi to everybody! There is a ussual problem for 6600 phones! WHITE SCREEN caled. I read all of threats but nobody could say any exact solution! This is a special problem for 6600. I saw at least on 15 phones but Could not solve the problem. I think this is a problem for all symbian phones, I also saw on 7610 too. Symptoms are like this; when powering on the phone all lights are working but there is no text on diplay and after 15 or 25 secconds going off.

For that promlem last time I did all these things but the problem is same:
- fully erased with Griffin and UFS
- flashed with both lower and higher flash 3.42 and 5.27
- Rehot all flashes RAM, and UPP
- Changed 4 flash IC
- changed UPP
- changed UEM
- Reflashed again and again
- chacked BSI line all are OK
- VIO,VCORE, VANA, VFLASH1 all are OK

No result! Now if there is any professional can solve this problem I think it will be revolution for me! Because I got tired!
Please HELP!!!

Please do not say check LCD connector or christal! This is not a display problem, phone can not turn on, just lights are lighting and then hanging, after a time lights go off! This is a boot problem I think!

solution No1: (no pm and ppm area feeding) check if Vio is going to pin's/ball's A5,B1,D8 on flash D316.if Vio is not feeting to B1 and D8 then you can erase and write to flash but you can't read.

solution No2: (boot problem)

this is not stable problem.it can be fault another flash,ram or upp.

CAUTION:this is solutions when phone does not boot NOT IF PHONE WORK OK BUT LCD IS WHITE.

first check if handset make calls even in white screen if not then mostly this problem is due to small black ic near vbat pin i solved this in around 5 handsets of 3650 and 2 6600 sets

maybe this can help!
today i got a 6600 with bt problem and when saving photo i got error message, then can not open gallery, i saw here that this problem is from the bluetooth module, so i rehot the bt module, and now i got white screan and turn off after some second
maybe this problem is from the bt module, isn't it?
