unknown flash type id:00000000 N3310 - GSM-Forum

i changed 2 times flash ic with new one,but rolis writes me unknown flash type id:00000000.any ideas?

first try resolder ram ic if not help remove flash ic and ram ic then look to board maybe brouked links
if you paste second hand flash ic maybe this flash is br. too
