When i got nokia 6230 that can be flashed BOT BO POWER after thatm


how can we decide which ic responsable for this ....
UPP, UEM, Flash, SDRAM ...?

PLS HELP!!!

i hate try this , or this ..., i want to do some test and find out the problem ...

you can not test, where the problem is located.


it can be a short-circuit
it can be a faulty RAM
it can be a dead PM area
it can be a faulty power supply IC
it can be a faulty quartz
it can be a broken Ball under µBGA

you need informations about phones life, then you can locate the Problem

Yes I know, BUT I WILL SAY IT FOR THE THIRD TIME :

IS THERE IS A TEST TO IDENTIFY THE FAULTY IC ...?
