plz help me in e66 - GSM-Forum

hello everybody i have series problem with e66 ..,
when i changed betty ic ,, the e66 doesn`t work normally just got vibrate and keybad light while lcd is dark and it shut down .. also i try many betty ic`s .. so i gave the e66 full soft with ENO and Blank File but still the same problem ,,, please help me with this issue .... the proplem in phone no net work ... i think proplem is hapen when i rmoved the caver of ic net work ...
