Member: 86757 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | N6101 key leds still on. ONE more details. 1. When I attached the battery only key led´s lights on itself. 2. Led´s of LCD work´s without problems. 3. When I switch off the phone, key leds stay stiil on. What I allready do: I meassured all resistor and also this two diode - all looks o.k. I measured the voltage from UEM on resistor R2400 and it ws 3.6V (not 3.2V)and leds are on is it o.k.? I dont have this two transistor so I didnt try to exchange, but I trayed to remove this two resistor on line from UEM R2400 and R2419 and leds was off. Thats why I think this transistor are o.k. Am I right? I think poblem could be in UEM. What do you think. |

Member: 86757 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12 | N3100 phone dead. Imposible to flash. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi guys, I have a phone N3100. Phone is dead. I changed UEM and UPP but, I am not able to flash the phone. I ´tryed to flash with JAF box, but still error message. I don´t remember exactly the error message but it was something about TX Fbus. Phone won´t boot. Phone didnt comunicate with the box. I checked the cable and cable is O.K. If anybody have the TX and RX FBus ways please share. Or is it the comboflash memmory? I already reheat the flash, but same result. Thank´s in advance. Here are some details: FILES SET FOR FLASHING: MCU Flash file: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\products\RH-19\rh19__05.540 PPM Flash file: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\products\RH-19\rh19__05.54d CNT Flash file: NONE ADSP Flash file: NONE APE Variant file: NONE APE User Flash file: NONE MCU: C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\products\RH-19\rh19__05.540 Booting phone... Phone didn't answer with TX line high after power on! Causes: 1. Phone don't power on -> Check cable 2. TX pin from phone don't make contact -> Check cable 3. UPP damaged -> change UPP MCU ID: 0xAAAA This MCU ID is not supported in chosen flash file... Error booting phone... |

Do you think, I demaged TIKU when I reheated it? Could be also previous sympthom (phone doesn´t start but trying to start and blinking) due to TIKU? Or I make a mistake and I reheat wrong component? Thans for your opinion. |
