Problem with 6310 - GSM-Forum

Hi,
my 6310 is dead. Only charging works.
And during the charging when I switch on, then charging stops and on the display is nothing.
Can anyone help me?

first ofall pl charge the batt. & try to switching on if not so , try with software tell me
