when i press up or down ..it go to left or right size,wat problem..any one can help me..urgent...

where the keypad ic ,,got picture?

there is no keypad ic in N-gage qd.

1: check clean -resolder keypad connector and contect on both pcb.

2: tihgten all screw proper and check.

3: see pic and rebow first upp with good flux. if no result then reball it. still no result then reples upp.

BE CAREFULL ABT. WORK ON UPP. YOU MAY GET DEAD PHONE . IF ANY MISTAKE.
