QD Problem
 
I have QD problem..
Signal at phone is OK..
but
Can't call in/out
I already change Mjoelner, write PM..
need solution plz..

Maybe the signal in 1800, but in 900MHz not working.
I have same problem, I change MJolner,PA,SwictAnt. but still not work.
I rehot UPP is OK, Try this slowly

It could happen to signal bars to be shown & the network not gone & not make calls & to be the reason PA , happened with me before several times !!!

Otherwise if not UPP as yudhacell mentioned so it could be UEM too, check it out >>>
