Below is a small example of removal reball and re-installation For The Nokia
N80 Rap And APE Flash (IC Upon IC). Its now easily possible. Yet most technicians are not able to do this . Some technicians say that doing this job is almost impossible. Click the Images to see them in larger size.

Please tell me how do you reball the ic, do you have to put the solder one by one into these small pins? i see you only reball the ic and not pcb.

yes you are rite but not new its very old news . we are removin in nokia 6111 also is same sandwitch ic.. for me n80 is very easy......
