Reballing IC Method / Flash IC Reballing
(for beginers) ****

PLZ POST ALL PICTURES CONCERNING HOW TO REMOVE IC, HOW TO RE-BALL, HOW TO CLEAN THE PCB, HOW TO REMOVE SOLDERING ON BOARD ETC....

AND ALSO WHICH TOOLS TO USE.......

Below is a small example of removal reball and re-installation For The Nokia
N80 Rap And APE Flash (IC Upon IC). Its now easily possible. Yet most technicians are not able to do this . Some technicians say that doing this job is almost impossible. Click the Images to see them in larger size.

Removal of the APE Flash

The RAP that was under the flash IC

Removal of the RAP

Both IC's after Removal

PCB pads after removal

PCB Pads After Cleaning

After ReBalling

Rap Re-Installed

APE Flash Re-Installed

Please tell me how do you reball the ic, do you have to put the solder one by one into these small pins? i see you only reball the ic and not pcb.

wowww , how can you control the hot air without damage the near ic , i think it impossible u re so champion khem , how about tech us ...

yes you are rite but not new its very old news . we are removin in nokia 6111 also is same sandwitch ic.. for me n80 is very easy......
