I have nokia 3100,6100 any time power on mobile automatic restat .I try to software but same problem Help me

Have u try fullflash
if not yet try to fullflash the phone with good PM
if ur problem not solved then check flash ic if need then reball

3100,6100 Rstart problem is due to dryjoint of flash ic balls
put off flash ic, reball it, fix it again
enjoy
tested many times
