REBALL OR CHANGE UEM UR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVE.IF U ALREADY DONE ALL WITH SOFTWARE. THEN GO FOR HARDWARE .IT HAS A LOT OF SOLUTION IST TRY THIS THEN I GIVE U OTHERS.

if after reballing he uem still problem exist then try to reball the cpu problem will be solved definatelly

if your all soft proces.. is ok ... then...

first chk... if phone shows.. u contact service . then.. attchaed... ufs. put phone in local mode... or put again.. in normal mode.. if phone shows. u insert sim... then.. chng... UPP.. your prob.. is solved... but for water damaje.. phones... if u try to reball cpu... may be possible to recover phone ..without chng.. cpu.. this is only for DCT-4 phone.. only.. for others.. i dnt ..know..
