Serious problem in the Nokia 2760 - GSM-Forum

I Have a Nokia 2760 ..

The problems of the phone when I am employed for a period of 10 seconds and then go down and stop lights at that picture (the recent picture)

so I could not do anything else until it remove the battery
Is it hard or soft problem, save me!
