Arrow Solution Contact Retailer 6600-3650-60/3230/7610 & 6260.

6600 Contact Retailer All Solution Here
This Thread is dedicated in solving 6600 Contact Retailer "phone start up failed, contact retailer" problem.

This method of troubleshooting can also be used in Nokia handsets like: 3650-60/3230/7610 & 6260.

The method that I will share in this thread are based on my work-experience and research.

STEP1

6600 Contact retailer troubleshooting via software:

Method 1
1- Hand Format (power-on/call/*/3)
2- Format (UFS/JAF)
Method 2
1- Use erase files
2- Flash to its original firmware
3- Write PM
4- Format
3- Unlock

STEP2

6600 Contact retailer troubleshooting via hardware:
Method 1
1- Check UEM Serial
2- If Serial is ????????????... REPLACE UEM and write NEW RPL or if the UEM is still believed to be of good hardware condition... apply LOG via FUFENU/JAF or UB
3- Flash the unit to its Original firmware
4- Format and unlock
Method 2
1- If UEM Serial is OK....
2- If Software Toubleshooting is already applied and still Contact Retailer...
3- Change F11 and F13 (refer to pics below)

4- Before you replace F11&F12... make sure that you have a back-up of UEM Serial
5- Do Method 2 of Software Troubleshooting..

Enjoy!!!
