6680 powers on when u put batt


i have 6680 when u put batt it powerson without pressing power switch
i removed the small crystal and jumpered it but still the same
any help?

Have you replaced the power switch itself ???

please take out the ***** pcb board and check 6680 on off switch whatever there is connection to ground.please check the pcb board thoroughly.Check your on/off switch whatever it can be press or not

IT IS FOR ON/OFF NOT THE DISPLAY.& THE UPPER IC IZ KEYPAD IC.IT HAS TWO SEPERATE IC'S FOR DISPLAY.
