starnge problam of test mood 1600 - GSM-Forum

hi all friends i have a 1600 chines borad its switch on properly on ufs with cable but when i try to on with battry messge apear on lcd LOCAL MOOD and when i remove the risistens which one sold at near power ic then set gose on TEST MOOD then i remove 2 capsiter which placed at back side of battry conector but same condition then i resold the power ic but still same CONDITION now tell me friends any other solotion???
