Strange 3510i, can flash, can´t power on, can´t extract java content package - GSM-Forum

hi friends, i have a problem with a dead 3510i, can flash mcu+ppm in manual mode, and flash ok, but can´t procedure with after falsh proccessing because can´t comunicate with phone, can´t flash with content package, because can´t comunicate too. all ic´s are glued, do you know if would be a simply problem like resistor, square resistor or some components like these...? phone can´t enter in local or test mode... have anyone any idea? thanks in advance and best regards my friends from south spain.

if phone'll not On so it will not extract CP file

1st try to Full Erase it with 7250i_Fullerase.bin

well, fullerase doesn´t work, and the ic´s are glued, but... well, i know isn´t good idea reflow glued ic´s, i tried to reflow glued ic´s only a bit, without waiting to incrase internal press, only hoping resolder the balls maybe were broken, result: phone alive, but now desn´t charge (no fuse).

Hey mates! thks very much, no more actions for this phone, i have no bga glue rework station. Thanks for try to help us, in this way is how all of us can advance
