strange c3-00 problem

got dead ,short water damage nokia c3-00

action taken:

first clean whole pcb (result shortage gone set work fine for 2 days but after this customer again comes in battery timing problem that battery drains very fast)

so i chk on meter set is again full short

so i remove mmc ic still same
remove L2200 and L2201 but still same
remove power ic but same
disconnect pa positive part c7518 in result shortage gone
so i change it
shortage gone but [B]the problem is..........set not take any power

power button print also ok

i think after change L2200 and L2201 set gone dead

in schematic value of L2200 and L2201 is 2.2u

and i take from 1616 and c1-01

is this cause power failure

in which other set i get cap of 2.2u value
i search in many sets but not same value
is there any alternate?
