strange problem nokia 2600 - GSM-Forum

first it was off with sim.then i do flash not but problem not solved.then resolder crystal clocke and hit on uem.
now create another problem
insert sim
i allready change sim ic, sim base,make sim ic jumper but problem not solve.
any idea.pls share

bro ,
brake the path of v sim and give vbat for vsim on the tray ,then check agine the pro is same chance to p/w ic....
