it is not nessary that every cell will get restart problem due to imei, if imei is ok , then it is hard prob. for that rehot the power ic well , and find the good result.. my suggestion is based on experience

these problem is software problem's or TAHVO problem's.
you give it latest flash .if still problem rehot on tahvo or change it.
