Swap Nokia's flash - GSM-Forum

I cann't understand my situation.
I changed FLASH in Nokia 3310 by other ( I took it from other working 3310). After that my Nokia don't power on.
I flashed phone OK, any changes

roller,
it mean, you did not install well that flash rom !
have it reball it flash rom
and that RAM too !
