uem ic details
 

i guys for teaching purpose tell me deep about uem how it look like i think it is like glass type ic

the biggist IC on PCB ....
hint....same shape in 8310,6510,3510,3510i,6310,6310i,8910,8910i,6610,72 10....etc.
it does not look like glass.
any help?
