Feel free to ask any questions about this topic in this thread Necessary tools. 1. Electronic Heat Gun. 2. Surgical Scaipel. (Make sure that your scaipel is not sharp or else the track will go while cleaning) 3. Reballing Tray. 4. BGA paste applier.
