Hi Unggul,could You Tell Me How To Upload Pm To My 7250 I,i Have Never Done It.while Uploading Pm Is There A Risk That The Phone

why do you want to write pm? please explain.

i don't think you have to write another pm, mate. try to flash your phone first. be careful, use the same sw version, or higher, but never flash your phone with older sw version.

man, do this step:

1. eraseflash+flash mcu+ppm+pm , erase using griffin id better, erase using tornado(ufs3) may permanently damage of phone (imei?????????????????)

do it ONLY if you have backup of your original PM!! erasing pm you are risking to damage sw (Contact Service), and then you'll have to downgrade your phone to 7250. i advise you to flash your phone with last sw without pm flashing.
