The use of Pony Prog before nk_calc

Eeprom Sec Checksum and Eeprom Tune Checksum CAN'T be
instanly removed by "nk_calc" as some would think, locks are
all closed and some have corrupted imei digits. This must be
repaired first and foremost by Pony Prog using EEPROM READER
for EEP SEC CHECKSUM and must be corrected using reliable
soft by EEprom repairer by Bartech or Guar. Or some have
suggested transferring a good eeprom to one CS unit for quick
repair then calculate it with nk_calc then it will result only four
locks closed but different imei data...

...You need to have a good desoldering knowledge (for some
starters) and complete and reliable MBUS & EEPROM Reader
then the soft of course...

... Tested by me on 5110 and 6110 CS unit, ever than before...

Cool

on 3210. i think, no need to desolder. on 51/61xx, sadly i haven't test the soic clip and pony progs. btw, eeprom by bartek only correct the chksum and imei.

>> Eeprom Sec Checksum and Eeprom Tune Checksum

what does this means?

These was the result of Wintesla SELF-TEST: 51/61

EEPROM SEC CHECKSUM: can be repaired by Pony and CS
repairer (3rd below)

EEPROM TUNE CHECKSUM: can be repaired by by resetting>
Software> Full Factory> set (CS removed on first blink)...

...before trying to hit it with F1 F2 and F3 in nk_calc you must
make it a point that you've the tendency of permanently
destroying your phone...

... this is an old PROCESS but still reliable and TESTED...

Lightbulb

USE KNOK. NO NEED TO RESOLDER. READ EEPROM FROM GOOD PHONE. THEN WRITE TO TARGET PHONE.

Hello,

Try using NokiaSP by Bph&Co and Freestyler if you don't want to
open your phone and manually read it by Pony.

X-Shadow

P.S.
Below is the worlds most simple EEPROM programmer for 24Cxx
with Pony Prog. No components needed, just wires and a
DB-9 Female Connector.

COM Port PIN3 -------------Connect to-----> EEPROM PIN8(VC)
COM Port PIN4+PIN8 -------Connect to-----> EEPROM PIN5(SDA)
COM Port PIN5 -------------Connect to-----> EEPROM PIN4(GND)
COM Port PIN7 -------------Connect to-----> EEPROM PIN8(SCL)

Configure Pony Prog Hardware to:

Serial
SI Prog API

or

Serial
S/I Prog I/O

REMLE
Nice to see you back!!!
Knox not work with my 5110, but works with the 6110 I tested...
Thanks

To all,
Simple solution: If you have a damage phone but a good eeprom
for 5110 you can transfer the good from the CS and calculate it
with nk_calc... TESTED TOO!!! (simple for those who knows to
open phones)... but for now I'll be trying some solutions...

:)

ROM 3 are not doomed! I have tried all possible way to revive
its 4-locks closed to OPEN (6110) with all the FREE available soft.
Best efective way, was to change the EEPROM itself then
repair and calculate with nk_calc...

or

the unthingkable. LOG it with BOX 105, then for someone to
calculate set files for you... TESTED ON TWO UNITS with serge's
DCT-3 Pro Flasher...

LESSON: Upgrade or Change all unit but extra-carefull with
6110/5110 with DSP ROM 3...

Hmmm....my problem are not the 4 locks!!!
I ve managed to unlock those (at least with version 4.59 that my phone has)...the problem is to fix that problem with the NO Network thing!!

As for the 4 locks...i had this OLA-SP dos prog that would unlock version up to 4.62. Really old one...
...this would clear USER locks...thing is it would clear locks 2 and 3 and then with another really old sw, CyberPhreak All nokias i have locks 1 and 4 cleared too.

But...wot about the signal???

Cheers!!

P.S.:Anyone wanting these progs (work ONLY with MBUS) mail me.
