I dont think this works with just clean up and **** with hot air.Some ic or resistor must be broken.Anyone knows which ic or resistor?Thanks

U didn't mension the type of U'r phone , Beside are U sure it is not a PCB faulty from water dammadge ??

This phone is Nokia 5210 water damage,All the keypad not funtioning,but the reception is ok.Lcd screen is in good condition.Thanks

This happend to me before so what i did was got the inside board of the phone (pcb) left it in paint remover (turps) for 30 mins then used a hair dryer till it was very hot and not wet.

then phone worked perfect

Hi!

Check user interface chip...some more open phone, get a multimeter and measure the voltage on the pcb key contacts..U must see something around 1.9-2.1 V on the dot if im not wrong..
