when i reball the ic, everytime balls comes out? i use good ic making paste but every time i failed to reball?

control your hot air and small nozzle hole

dear if you are using lionking or that type of hot air gun than put the air level on 1 & heat level on 4 & half. bring the nosel of gun 1 inch close to the reballing plate & not more than that. it will make little more time to reball but the ball will be perfect & no damage to ic.

about paste i'm not sure , but important is USING LOW AIR & NOZZLE cannot too small

and ur reboll plat , make it stable hold it
