can anyone plz tell me the difference in the boards of 3310. 3315.3330 and 3410. i have one board which was having contact service on it . i flashed it with the flashes of all these sets but not powering on. plz tell me which soft i have to use and which model it is. it has a big flash chip with no.320b3tc, a1330221,

Actually, there is no difference. You should pay attention on board revision. They are, for example, UB4-08,09,10,11 or 12.
PCB UB4-08 is for an old 3310. It does not contain adititional keypad spots. These spots are used for 3410.
Difference between 3310 and 3330 is a flash IC and it's capacity.
Difference between 3310 and 3315 is eeprom data. May be you have noticed that 3310 and 3315 do use same firmware - NHM-5.
Differneces between 3330 and 3410 are - frimware, eeprom content, LCD.

also pcb have diff coluours 3310 is lightly yellow, 3330 is green also 3410 has more keypad bottons.. hope it helps....Also write a fresh eeprom files to phones... with correct mcu and ppm..I advice u use geo flasher or rolis 4.79 build...
