What equipment is recommended for repair ?

Hello all

I was wondering what equipment would be necessary for changing PA to reballing etc

I am familiar with phone ledding if that helps.

Its just that i have a few phones here and all of them have signal problems and Im wanting to repair them so people can use them instead of sleeping of my desk.

Funnily enough all the phones are 8210's

Please add me to MSN

for a freindly chat

Also please do email me on [email protected]

Many thx and regards to the good people of this forum

Hi,

You need a (1) Hot Air Station for reflowing and replacing components and (2) Reballing stencil with solder balls or solder paste to reball bga parts.

Regards
