i want know that what is the reagion of hang this is hardwer ya softwer i see maney time fully softwer but no solv hang problem in nokia handset and other compney sets

There are many reason of mobile phone hang problem....they may be software or hardware...OR MAY BE BOTH...

But there are some condition in which we can guess that but not exactaly ..the hang problem come in phone is by software or hardawe ....

FIRST IN SOFTWARE CASE...

1..In software case mostly hang problem is come due virus ,,due to over load on phone memory ..due to not compitable games & other application......

IN SHORT TERM WE CAN THAT IN SOFTWARE PROBLEM WHEN THE PHONE BEGAN TO HANG WITHIOUT DROPING BY THE COUSTMER OR IT IS NOT WATER DAMAGE THEN IT HAVE 90% OF SOFTWARE FAULT IN IT ....SO IN IT FLASH UR PHONE WITH PROPER AND LATEST FIRMWARE...


IN HARWARE CASE....

1...When set is droped by coustmer or it began to hang then in it 70% is of hardware fault ...

2...If set is water damage and set began to hang then it has 70% of hardware fault.....


SO BATTER IS FIRST ASK UR COUSTMER THE WHOLE PROBLEM ?...WHEN UR PHONE BEGAN TO HANG IS DROPED BY U OR IT BECAME WATER DAMAGE ? ..OR THIS HANG PROBLEM COMES WHEN HE INSTALL SOME APP IN IT IT COMES AUTOMATICALLY ? ..
