Where is accelerometer located in Lumia 800?

Why I need to know that cos I had one to change the lcd so ordered one but the touch was a bit faulty on it.
Sent it back then got the other lcd which works fine but it is not rotating the picture to landscape when I turn the phone horizontal.
I did not find any schematic yet to find this out.
I have no other lcd to try it on and no other phone too.
Tried diagnostic mode and nothing happens all zeros and nothing is moving.
I did not want to open the back of the phone til ask this thought someone knows it.
Please help!

My main question is that if the accelerometer unit is on the lcd or on the main board.

Hi,

I recently destroyed my Lumia 800 screen. I ordered another one online and replace it.
But the new screen missed one connector.
There are two, one big for the display and the touch screen and another one smaller for the proximity and light sensor.

My accelerometer is not working anymore it may be because I dropped my phone so bad (destroying the lumia screen is not easy ;D)

BUT ! it may be because the accelerometer is in the screen part and the connection is made by the small connector.
(the one I don't have anymore (I broke the one on my original screen :'()

Could you tell me if your display is turned off when you are putting it near your ear during a phone call ? Or if the brightness of your screen is correctly adapting itself when you are outside/inside (when selecting auto brightness in the settings).

If that doesn't work for you as well maybe the accelerometer is in the screen and your smaller connector is not working :/
