6600 show unknown flash chip. i change one by one all 4 flash ic but same result itry 3 times but same result .tell me why its happen its is my fult or for flash ic changing difrent method tell me also guide me which ic is fulty in 4 ic

PROBLEM SLOVED BY FASH IC ONE IC NOT PLACD PROPERLY.I FIX IT

So it's your own mistake !!! you have mentioned that you have been replaced whole four flash chips & then it's the same read error in the same flash chip !!! may be it could happen but it seems only with you ...
