i got 2 units of dead 3310... i want to ask you what HW should i have to replace or check if VBB at R221 is only 1.5Vdc because at Nokia service manual it should be 2.8Vdc as you press the power button?...

Here,, you have to check,, R221 which side you tested it ? did you test it at R221 to R220 ? or left side ?

if you test at R221 left side,, then you need to go N250 ,, to check at C209 and C211, check at VBB is 2.8V or not !
