Have problem with many 8210 , 6210 , 3310 set's : MSID is changing after every power on , so this result's no network , Cobba is rebbaled Ccont also is reballed , but problem remain's .
How to solve this ?

DCT3 MSID always changed to different number after you reboot phone, and as long as your simlock will be open, it mean, data is no problem !

CCONT and COBBA, just replace it !

Not network , you have to go check first RX , RSSI level, and TX !

open netmoniter, and go test 01
and see how is RX level
