maybe ic flash is faulty but i need help where is the broken flash chip ??

this phone is often : "error kern .. ", apps. closed, etc ...

please help .

it happen "big" flash rom not good in solder only

When i open my camrecorder, on my phone exit this error: "KERN-EXEC 3"....
Could' you help me?
