Nokia x2-00 without sim card phone is working ok
but with sim it goes off SORRY IS X2-00 NOT X2-01

Did you try to put other SIM cards in your handset? If your device is in warranty, then check with Nokia people they will definitely assist you.

Have any shorting on your SIM connector? if yes replace SIM EMI Filter (R2312)

Remove Components one by one and check:
*R2000
*V2205

if no result check Power IC N2201
