Can i ask you to make a more lines ( +3 or +4 even and with small size ) at bottom ( under Client sign ) just to fill some important info about common conditions ?

I hope you followed main instruction how to create language file (saving to UTF-8) as described on website Mobos - Multilingual support

Your translation is uploaded on MOBOS website and available for other users for download.

Can you check if disclaimer in settings is what you need? This is usually printed at the bottom (about 2-3 lines) of the printed/preview page when you print the service record.

Yes - exactly - disclaimer section must be a little bigger on 2 copies per page just to store all needed info for customer in printed paper.

Hi, thank you for the software, i am having some troubles with it, actually it is two errors.

N°1 - when i launch the software, and try to install the pictures, as it asks me when startup at first time, i get this error in picture.







N°2 - when i load this database i get this error whenever i try to do something







and if possible, to add the amount of money collected during a month for all the operations done, and adding to the accounts the price of the spare parts if used.

Thanks for the feedback to both of you.

@debeliamark, great for working language. Regarding more space for Disclaimer text, we will see and change it once we collect more ideas.

@bifout, application was developed years ago and everything worked fine. We were not using it for few years at all and it seems that it came up with new error.

Please try to close application and start again. This should help to avoid problems with locking the database.

Which OS are you using? This might help hopefully.

I am using windows 7 pro X64, and if i restart the app it works fine but if i download the pictures of the phones, it did it again and lock the db in every other operation, may be the problem comes from my computer, i will try in others tomorrow and let you know

I have managed to reproduce the problem. It is not your computer problem, but it seems that import script has problem. First I thought it is Windows 10 because we tested up to 8 I think at the time of last testing.

I will check for this in next days and inform you here. I believe it will be only needed to correct remote file for download (I hope), but need to check in details.

We planned much more with this software earlier but we stopped using it. Now we need to see if people will use it. I believe you agree that there is no sense to update it if only 10 or 50 users are using it.

2 Changes Need To Made ....

In 1 Receipt Multiple Handset Add Option To Avoid Paper Waste If Handset From Same Customer.

User Full Name Fix Surname Show 1st. .... Like I Input John Anderson ...But When Print Show Anderson John.

User Name Must Be Auto Show In Scrolls Only Password Need To Enter To Login Will Be Better Typing Again N Again Username Is Headache.

Regarding one paper with multiple items, this could also be an option.

Name Surname or Surname Name is more or less market dependent and could be made the same as for currency option to put before price or after price. This could be also nice feature.

I suggest 1) monthly report for each customer for all repair , 2) multi entry for each order in case OF same customer bring more then 1 phone
