second hand or not - it's not so main!!!THE problem is that I need a new model FLA32 which support flashing new models 3510i.....
the only fla32 old series I olready had

You need FLA32s.
Contact authorised resellers...i think they will help you if you tell from where you got the box.

exactly !!! FLA32s!!! I had bought Neelix2 from one authorised reseller long time ago, but not so farfrom i had a problem whit flashing some new models and contact whit reseller but he sad me that the JIC do not want to give anybody further support !!!!!!
PLEASE, JIC team, answer Why,where,how?????Realy needed.

your having a laugh mate. they give the best support you will ever find in this game. i can say this from experience.

If you have a problem then contact us!Do not beleive some idiot who tells you that we do not want to give support!
This is one thing we are renowned for.People may think i am a w****r but cant slag off our support

If you are getting no reply from mails then you are sending on Yahoo or Hotmail.You will receive back an auto responder telling you that these are deleted from our server due to spamming so send on another account.
I never post on here so do not expect replies on this forum.Show some common sense and use the PHONE!
