are you absolutely sure you do not mean the binary conversion for the T68m_to_T68i GDF?
If you open it with text editor its first line should be GDFS_WithBloksErase or GDFS_NoBloksErase and it has to be at least 700 KB long.

I do NOT mean GDFs which were downloadable from DIV support area (e.g. volume0/0 fix, T300 to T310 etc...)
