Solution for me easy !<br />1 Use standart method(for xx.13.xx) - nothing <br />2 Use method for other phone version + active Test mode = Tamper Alert...<br />3 Detamper <br />4 Use standart method(for xx.13.xx) - nothing - NO POWER OFF phone Use again standart method(for xx.13.xx) - ALL OK!!!!

OR other method (no tested for me):<br />After Detamper, RELOCK phone to curent operator (under which there was is blocked telephone )<br />And unlock Use standart method(for xx.13.xx)

You have forgotten to add one very relevant thing - NECESSARILY on the eve to have a drink a bottle of Cognac (with me, of course...), and at morning with freshen by a head unlock the phone.<br />Without it will not work!!! 100% Tested & working!!! :-))))))
